Chromebook Users
If you have a Chromebook, you won't be able to use it to connect the printer to your wireless network. You will need to use a Windows PC, a Mac, an iOS / iPadOS device, or an Android device to establish the wireless connection.
If you don't have a computer or mobile device available to connect the printer to your network, you can
connect your printer to the network if it has a
WPS Push button on it.
Place the Printer in Cableless Setup Mode
To place your printer into cableless setup mode, follow the steps below.

Hold down the Wi-Fi button (B) on the printer until the (white) POWER lamp flashes 2 times, then release the Wi-Fi button after the second flash.

Make sure that the (blue) Wi-Fi lamp flashes quickly and the (white) POWER lamp is lit.
The printer is now in cableless setup mode.
After the printer has been placed into cableless setup mode, you will need to use a computer or mobile device to connect the printer to your wireless network.
