Solution

If you want to disable WSD on your PIXMA MX490 / MX492, follow the steps below.
  1. With the power on, press the Setup  button on the operation panel.
When necessary, use the left or right arrows to navigate to each option
  1. Select Device settings.  Press OK.


     
  2. Select LAN settings.  Press OK.

  3. Select Other settings. Press OK.
     
  4. Select WSD setting.  Press OK.


     
  5. Select Enable/disable WSD.  Press OK.


     
  6. Use the arrows to select Active or Inactive, then press OK.
