Solution
Cause
An incompatible print setting combination has been specified for paper loaded in the rear tray, cassette 1 or cassette 2.
To disable notifications for this error, disable the function to detect paper setting mismatch. Information can be found below.
What to Do
To specify the appropriate print settings for the paper loaded in the printer and retry printing, follow the steps below.
Select Next.
Select Cancel print.
Reload paper used for printing.
When using paper from the rear tray:
When using paper from the cassette:
Check paper information (paper size and media type).
The paper information is used to specify the print settings in step 5.
When using paper from the rear tray:
Check the paper information (paper size and media type) and select Yes.
When using paper from the cassette:
Check the paper information (paper size and media type) and select Yes.
Redo printing.

To replace the paper in the rear tray / cassette with paper suitable for the print settings and continue printing, follow the steps below.
Check the print settings, then select Next.
Select Replace the paper and print.
Load paper specified in print settings into the rear tray / cassette.

Confirm that the paper information displayed matches the print settings, and then select Yes.

For example, to continue printing with a mismatch between the paper loaded in the rear tray and the paper information registered in the printer, follow the steps below.
The printed result may not be the intended color or size.
Select Next.
Select Print with the loaded paper..
Depending on your printer's settings, Print with the loaded paper. may not be displayed.
Disable notifications for 2113 error
To disable the function to detect paper setting mismatch, follow the steps below.
Select (Setup) on the printer's HOME screen.
Select Feed settings.
Select Detect paper setting mismatch.
Select Disable.
