Checking Job and Machine Status
System monitor enables you to view and print the transmission/reception results, check remaining memory, monitor the status of fax, and check print and scan counts.
You can check and delete the print jobs sent from a computer.
- Press <SYSTEM MONITOR>.
- Use <
> or <
> to select [PRINT STATUS], then press <OK>.
- Use <> or <> to view the job list.
- If you want to delete the print job, press <OK>, then press <> to select [YES].
- Press <Stop/Reset> to return to the standby mode.
- Press <SYSTEM MONITOR>.

Use <> or <> to select [VIEW PAGE TOTALS], then press <OK>.

Use <> or <> to view the print or scan counts.

Press <Stop/Reset> to return to the standby mode.
- Press <SYSTEM MONITOR>.
- Use <> or <> to select [TX STATUS], then press <OK>.
- Use <> or <> to check the desired document.
- If you want to delete the document, press <OK>, then press <> to select [YES].
- Press <Stop/Reset> to return to the standby mode.
- Press <SYSTEM MONITOR>.
- Use <> or <> to select [TX/RX LOG], then press <OK>.
- Use <> or <> to view the required transmission/reception result.
The following items are displayed:
- Transaction number (60 down to 01, from the newest to the oldest)
- Date and time
- Type of transaction (TX or RX)
- Recipient's name or fax number
- Result of transaction (OK or NG)
- If you want to print the transmission/reception result, press <Start>.
You can check the remaining memory according to the status of the machine.
- Press <SYSTEM MONITOR>.
- Use <> or <> to select [MEMORY INDICATOR], then press <OK> to confirm the remaining memory.
- Press <Stop/Reset> to return to the standby mode.
