Solution

Wireless Setup - Windows Computers - TS9120

To be able to use the PIXMA TS series printer to print or scan wirelessly on a Windows computer, the printer must first be connected to the Wireless Network and software drivers and applications installed on the computer.

The instructions / screenshots below show an alternative setup method whereby a USB cable is connected temporarily to the printer and computer to set up the wireless connection

 

Get the Setup File

Read the information carefully taking note how to run the setup file if setup does not start automatically. Then click the "Download" button.

*Setup can also be performed by using the Setup CD-ROM

Start setup

  1. Select Start Setup




     
  2. Select appropriate region and click Next




     
  3. Select Yes on the License Agreement.




     
  4. Select Agree or Do Not Agree to the Survey.



     
  5. Select Next



     
  6. Select Wireless LAN Connection and click Next

  7. Click Next

  8. Select Set up the network connection according to the guide and click Next.

  9. If an online manual page opens, close it.

     
  10. Click Alternative Methods.

  11. Select Set up wireless connection using a USB cable and click Next.

  12. If an online manual page opens, close it.

     
  13. Click Next.

  14. Connect the printer and computer using a USB cable.

  15. Network Connection completed.  Click Next

  16. Disconnect the USB cable.
  17. Head Alignment and Test Print screens appear next.  These can be performed or not.  If you choose to perform these, carefully follow the on-screen instructions.


     
  18. Setup complete.  Click Next




     
  19. Select any optional application software desired (Defaults, Clear All or select by checkbox).  Click Next




     
  20. Click Next




     
  21. Click Next or Skip




     
  22. Click Exit.
