Copying Legal to Letter

Use the Zoom (25 - 400%) function to copy legal sized documents loaded in the ADF onto letter sized paper.

1 Prepare for copying.

2 Specify the magnification setting.

(1) Press the Settings button.

(2) Use the or button to select the magnification setting item.

(3) Use the or button to select Zoom (25 - 400%) and press the OK button, then use the or button to change the copy ratio to 78%.

To change the setting value faster, press and hold down the or button.

3 Finalize the settings.

(1) Press the Settings button.

The LCD returns to the copy screen.

4 Start copying.

(1) Press the Color button for color copying, or the Black button for black & white copying.
