Automated Playback (Slide Shows)

Starting a Slide Show

A selection of images or all the images on a memory card can be displayed one-by-one in an automated slide show. Slide show image settings are based on Digital Print Order Format (DPOF) standards.

  1. Set the camera to [Play] mode then press the MENU button. In the playback menu use the or button to select [Slideshow] then press <FUNC./SET>.


  2. The [Slide Show] menu will display.


  3. Use theor buttons or turn the <Control Dial> to choose and item, and press the or buttons to adjust the setting.

  4. Next, select [Start] and press the <FUNC./SET> button to start the slide show.

  • Use the or buttons or turn the <Control Dial> to choose and item, and press the or buttons to adjust the setting.
  • The slideshow will start a few seconds after [Loading image...] displays.
  • You can pause/restart a slideshow by pressing <FUNC./SET> button again.
  • Press the <MENU> button to stop the slideshow.

Repeat

Repeats playback of images.

Play Time

Display time for each image.

Effect

Transition effects when switching between images.

  • If you press the or buttons or turn the <Control Dial> during playback, the image will switch. If you keep the or buttons pressed, you can fast-forward through images.
  • The power saving function does not work during slideshows.
  • You cannot change [Play Time] if [Bubble] is chosen in [Effect].
