The serial number can be found on a white sticker on the back of the machine. "Serial Number" is printed on the top line, with the serial number printed next to that. Below this is a barcode. The serial number consists of 4 alpha characters followed by 5 digits, for example, ABCD12345

If you are unable to rotate the printer to see the serial number, it can also be displayed on the LCD. Follow these steps to display the serial number.

With the printer powered on, press the Setup
button.

In the Setup menu, press the right arrow
button repeatedly until System information appears. Then, press the OK button.

Press the right arrow
button repeatedly until Serial number appears. Then, press the OK button.
The serial number will be displayed on the LCD.
Please note that AZDK is part of the FCC information and is not the serial number for your printer.
