If the machine cannot be found during the driver software installation (network connection), check the following to see if there is a simple solution to your problem:

If the Machine Is Not Turned ON

If the machine is turned OFF, the driver cannot detect the machine. Press the main power switch to the '|' side. After turning ON the machine, click [Search Again].

If the Network Cable Is Not Properly Connected

Check the connector on the machine and the computer to see that the network cable is fully inserted in the correct ports. After properly connecting the cable, click [Search Again].

If Security Software Is Installed

It is possible that the security software installed in your computer is not configured properly. See the documentation that comes with the security software, and check the settings. After correcting the settings as required, click [Search Again].

If the Machine's IP Address Is Not Set

Check if an IP address is set on the machine. After properly setting the IP address, click [Search Again].
