Select the correct Printer Driver

Check if the selected printer is the one that you are trying to print from. To check for available printers, access [Control Panel] m² [Printers], [Printers and Faxes], or [Devices and Printers].

The printer can also be selected from the application. In Many applications click [File] then [Print] and confirm the printer you want to print from is highlighted/selected. Check the applications documentation for specific instructions.
