How to reset the EOS Digital Rebel to its default settings.

Solution

1. Select [Clear all camera settings].
  • Set the Mode Dial to one of the Creative Zone Modes.
  • Select the [] tab.
  • Press the <> keys to select [Clear all camera settings], then press <>.
2. Clear the settings.
  • Press the <> key to select [OK], then press <>. The camera settings will then be reset to the default settings.
  • The camera's default settings will be as shown below.Shooting Settings
