Cause and solution :

You cannot install new application software with the user name currently logging in to Windows.
To install new application software, it is necessary to register the user name currently logging in to Windows for the Administrators group.

So, register the user name currently logging in to Windows for the Administrators group, or log in to Windows with a user name that is registered as a member of the Administrators group.
