Setting the number of copies and printing pages (Copies & Pages)

Specify the number of copies and the range of pages to print from Copies & Pages in the Print dialog box. When printing multiple copies of a multi-page document, you can also specify whether to print in page batches or document batches.

Copies
Enter the number of copies to print.

Collated
When printing multiple copies of a multiple-page document, select to print all pages of one document before the next copy is printed. If not selected, each page is printed for the specified number of copies before the next page is printed.

Pages
To print all pages of the document, select 'All'.
To print a range of pages, enter the page numbers in From and to.
