Projecting an Image from AV Equipment
Connecting the Projector to an AV Equipment
Connecting to Video Terminals
- Before connecting cables, turn off the projector and AV equipment.
- The above illustrations are just examples. For more detailed information, refer to the manual for the connecting AV equipment.
About the Component Cable
The projector cannot be connected to an AV equipment only with the supplied component cable (RCA/Mini D-sub 15-pin). Please purchase either of the following cables according to the type of the terminal on the AV equipment:
- RCA terminal: RCA x 3/RCA x 3 cable
- D-terminal: D-terminal/RCA x 3 cable
- Use an audio cable without a built-in resistor. Using an audio cable with a built-in resistor turns down the sound.
- You can adjust the volume level of the audio signal to the audio-visual equipment with the remote controller or the buttons on the top control of the projector.
- The speaker is disabled if you input the audio cable to the AUDIO OUT terminal.
- If you connect the projector directly to a speaker, make sure to use the amplified speaker.
