Solution

Execute 'Special Print Process' indicated on the control panel to suppress the occurrence of offset.

  1. Press <Menu>.


  2. Press <> until you get to [2 COMMON SETTINGS].


  3. Press <Set>.


  4. Press <> until you get to [5 SPECIAL PRT MODE].


  5. Press <Set>.


  6. Press <> until you get to [SPECIAL SETTINGS 3].


  7. Press <Set>.

The symptom is most conspicuous when an image requiring large amount of toner is printed continuously in a low temperature/humidity environment.
