To save scanned images to the Microsoft SharePoint site, it is necessary to configure the site's URL, account information, the save destination folder, etc. Make the following settings when [Save in Microsoft SharePoint] is selected as an output method.
- Click .
- The login settings screen appears.
- Configure the login settings.
- Specify the URL of the site you want to upload to.
- Input the login account name and password, and enter a domain name if necessary.
Note
When you select the [Record account information] check box, account information you specified here is registered and you do not have to enter this information again at a later date.
- Click [Next].
Start to connect to the specified Microsoft SharePoint Server. When you make a connection, the upload settings screen appears.
- Specify the upload destination folder.
From the folder tree on the left side of the screen, click the folder which will be the upload destination of your scanned images.
- Click [Next].
The check in settings screen appears.
- Make settings relating to checking in uploaded images.
Enter a comment (optional). Specify whether property information is to be input manually or not.
- Input property information in the displayed screen every time you upload a scanned image if [Input of property information when uploading files] is selected.
- You can specify property information here if [Automatic input of property information of files] is selected. By clicking [Edit Properties], you can input the required information in the displayed screen (input items are in accordance with Microsoft SharePoint site settings).
Note
Although you can click the [Name search] button and select a user or group from the dialog box that appears, Microsoft Active Directory security groups will not appear in this dialog box. To display these groups, go to the Microsoft SharePoint site and add the security groups that you want to display to the list of Microsoft SharePoint groups.
- Click [Finish].
