Description
If [AUTO PRINT] setting is set to [OFF], the following reports will not print automatically: ACTIVITY REPORT, TX REPORT, RX REPORT, MULTI TX REPORT and MEMORY CLEAR REPORT.
Solution
AUTO PRINT
When [AUTO PRINT OFF] displays on the LCD, incoming received faxes will be temporarily stored to memory. In addition, the automatic reports, like the TX, RX and Activity Reports, will not print.

- To automatically print received faxes, use to select 'ON', then press <Start/Copy>. Press <Stop> to return to standby mode.
-
To temporarily store received faxes in memory, use to select 'OFF', then press <Start/Copy>. Press <Stop> to return to standby mode..
- Press <Stop/Reset>. The fax returns to standby mode.
