The Activity Report contains information on faxes that have been sent or received.  It includes the time that the fax was sent or received, the phone number that the fax was sent to or received from, how many pages were sent, how much time the transmission or reception took, and if the transmission or reception was successful.  To print out this report, follow these steps:

1. Press the Fax button.
    
2. In the Fax mode, press the Menu button.
   
    
3. Press the right arrow button until Print reports/lists appears on the LCD.  Press OK.
   
    
4. Use the arrows to select Activity report.  Press OK.
    

The Activty Report will print.
