Select the proper 'BJ Cartridge' type in the printer driver Quality and Media settings*

*In some versions of OS X, the normal warning message for the wrong cartridge type having been selected does not display on the screen.  In this case, 'Jobs Stopped' is displayed in the printer queue after attempting to print.

Follow this procedure to change the cartridge type:

1.  Open the document that is to be printed, then click 'File' then 'Print'.

2.  Verify that the proper printer is selected in the 'Printer:' drop-down list.

3.  Select 'Quality and Media' from the third drop-down list.

4.  Select the 'BJ Cartridge' that matches the type installed in the printer, then click 'Print'.
