Are you using a USB memory? Some HDD-type USB memory products cannot be used.
-> NO: Please use a USB memory product which is not an HDD type.
-> YES: Go to Check (2).
Check (2):
Is the update program file stored under the root directory of the USB memory?
-> NO: Store it under the root directory.
-> YES: Go to Check (3).
Check (3):
Have you renamed the update target data file(s)?
-> YES: Change the file name(s) back to the original.
-> NO: Go to Check (4).
Check (4):
What is the format of the USB memory used?
-> Formats other than FAT16 and FAT32: Use either the FAT16 or FAT32 format.
-> FAT16 or FAT32: The file(s) may be broken. Download the files anew and update the firmware again.
* If the format is NTFS (something other than FAT16 and FAT32), the “Unsupported USB memory” banner will appear on the screen.
