When taking pictures at close range, if the green lamp in the viewfinder blinks when the shutter button is pressed halfway down, then change over to close-up photography

- Slide the yellow close-up setting switch down and align it with the dot. While holding the switch in that position, pull the flash head out to the index.
- Wait until the flash ready lamp lights up
- When using the close-up function, make sure that the subject is between 45cm and 110cm (3.6ft). Otherwise the picture will be out of focus and incorrectly exposed.
- Press the shutter button all the way down to take the picture
- After the exposure is complete, return the flash head to its original position.

When using close-up, the viewfinder area above the close-up correction marks will not be included in the picture. The same amount of area below the viewfinder will be included although you can't see it. |
