Description
Using the image stabilizer on a DC10 or DC20 DVD camcorder
Solution
The image stabilizer helps compensate for camcorder shake even at full telephoto.
Press the <
MENU
> button.
In the [
CAMERA SETUP
} menu select [
IMG STAB
].
Use the
buttons of the omni selector to turn the image stabilizer [
ON
] or [
OFF
].
Press the <
MENU
> button to exit the menu.
The image stabilizer is designed to compensate for a normal degree of camcorder shake.
The image stabilizer may not be effective when recording in dark places using the Night recording program (SCN).
The image stabilizer cannot be turned off when the mode switch is in the [
AUTO
] (Easy Recording) position.
We recommend turning off the image stabilizer when using a tripod.
The image stabilizer only functions in the movie recording modes.
