Troubleshoot a PIXMA MX922 printer that's not responding to a wireless network.
If you receive a message that your printer isn't responding, there are a few easy remedies. Check to make sure:
You're connected to a wireless network. If your router loses connection to the printer, turn both the printer and router OFF then ON.
The printer is connected to the correct network.
Both the device you're printing from and the printer are connected to the same wireless network.
The network name matches the one selected on both the printer and your Windows or Mac® computer.
