Learn how to clear Support Code 1240 displayed on the PIXMA TS8120 screen when you try to print.

Before Starting
The following video will guide you through the process noted below.
If the Operation Panel is not in the opened position when you try to print, Support Code 1240 appears on the screen.
To clear the support code:
Open the operation panel and select OK on the touch screen.
Do not close the operation panel while the printer is printing.
To cancel printing, tap Stop on the touch screen.
