If you use the Web Service image sending function for cameras, you must update the settings for the camera you use, as your data migrates to image.canon. Please see the table below and update the settings for your camera.
The Web Service image sending function cannot be used for some products, even after the image.canon service launches.

Open the [Wi-Fi functions] menu screen, and click the button to update your camera settings. The update is complete when the icon appears.
If the button is not displayed, switch screens with the button.

You need the latest version of EOS Utility. Download and install from the support page on the website of the Canon in your area.
Launch the EOS Utility on your PC, and connect your camera to the computer. After it has been connected, click [Web Service settings].
Delete all of the icons in the pane on the left-hand side, and add the icon for the new service in the pane on the right-hand side to the pane on the left. Click [OK] to update the camera settings.
