CONDENSATION HAS BEEN DETECTED REMOVE THE CASSETTE |
Condensation has been detected in the camcorder. < Solution > - Remove the cassette and keep the camcorder in a cool and dry place for about an hour with the cassette compartment open. |
HEADS DIRTY, USE CLEANING CASSETTE |
The video heads are dirty and need to be cleaned. < Solution > - Clean the video heads with a commercially available dry cleaning cassette. |
INCORRECT TAPE SPECIFICATION PLAYBACK IS RESTRICTED |
You attempted to play back a tape recorded in a different television system (PAL or SECAM) or in a recording standard not supported by this camcorder. |
REMOVE THE CASSETTE |
Camcorder stopped operating to protect the tape. < Solution > - Remove the cassette and reinsert it. |
TAPE END |
The tape has reached its end. < Solution > - Rewind the tape or replace the cassette. |
THE TAPE IS SET FOR ERASURE PREVENTION |
Cassette is protected. < Solution > Replace the cassette or change the position of the protect switch. |
