Adobe has recently introduced a new feature in Acrobat called "Protected Mode". Unfortunately, this feature is conflicting with our driver. To resolve this, please follow these steps to correct the problem:
- Launch Adobe X Reader.
- Select the [Edit] tab and then [Preferences].
- Under the "Categories" section, select [General].
- At the bottom on the right side, uncheck "Enable Protected Mode at startup" and press [OK].
- Close Adobe X Reader completely and relaunch the application.
