About Pages
This product treats the string of characters to be printed on one tube (or one label) as a single page. Press the [Enter] key to create a new page. (Page Break)
Also, if you display the "Page Display", you can check the page number of the currently displayed page and the total number of pages in the data. In addition, "Memory used" allows you to check the available space on the character input
display.
Follow the procedure below to display the "Page Display."
- Press the [Option] key.

to select "Others," and then press the [Enter] key.

to select "Page Display" and then press the [Enter] key.
- The Page Display screen will appear on the display.
- Press the [Shift]+[Cancel] keys to return to the character input display.

How to Use the Cursor
The mark that indicates the position for entering text is called the "cursor."
Use the arrow keys ([],

to move the cursor when using this device. The key operations for moving the cursor are as follows.

- Enter [Shift]+[R], [E], [S], [7], [-], and [1] in this order.
- When entering capital letters, hold down [Shift] and press the desired key.
- If you make a mistake, use the [Back Space] key to delete the character, and then enter the correct character.

Press the [Caps Lock] key to switch to the uppercase alphabet input mode. To return to
the previous mode, press the [Caps Lock] key again.
You can use the input symbol function to enter symbols that cannot be entered using the keyboard.
[Example] Input "Ω."
- Press the [Symbol] key.

- Use the arrow keys ([],

to select "Ω" from the list of symbols.
- The symbol screen is divided into two groups. To switch between groups, press [Shift] + []
(or[]).

- Press the [Enter] key.
- "Ω" will be displayed at the position indicated by .
- If you want to delete the character displayed at the position indicated by , press
the [Back Space] key while holding down [Shift].

|
- Press the [Shift] + [Enter] keys.
|
|
There are two ways to delete a character: using the [Back Space] key.
[Example] Change "27V" to "2V."
- Move (the
cursor) to "V."

- Press the [Back Space] key.
- The character to the left of the cursor position will be deleted.
|
|
This deletes all the characters entered in the page. (Delete All)
For Delete All, select one of the following.
Text only:
Delete all pages of text, leaving the format setting of the last page.
Text+settings:
Reset the character size and other format settings to their default values, and delete text from all pages.
About Format Settings
"Text+settings" returns the format settings to their default values. Format Settings in this product refers to the following function settings.
