Create a new admin user account and then attempt the operation again under that account
Some errors that may be cleared include but are not limited to " Insufficient Memory appears launching MP Navigator / MP Navigator EX", " MP Navigator has stopped working", "An error occurred while files were being copied", etc.
To create a new user account, follow the steps below.
Mac OS X
- From the Apple Menu select System Preferences.
- Click on Accounts or Users & Groups
- Click on the [+] icon at the bottom left.
- Select 'Administrator' from the dropdown menu and then enter a username.
- Enter any other desired information
- Click Create Account or Create User
Windows Vista / Windows 7
- Click Start and then Control Panel.
- Click User Accounts and Family Safety.
- Under User Accounts, click Add or remove user accounts.
- Click Create a new account.
- Type the name that you want to use for the account.
- Select Administrator for the account type, and then click Create Account.
Windows 10
- Click Start and then Control Panel.
- Click User Accounts.
- Under User Accounts, click Manage another account.
- Click Add a new User.
- Select Add Someone else to this PC
- Type the name, password,etc that you want to use for the account.
- Click Change Account Type
- Select Administrator for the account type, and then click Create Account.

Windows XP
- Click Start and then Control Panel.
- Double click User Accounts.
- Click Create a new account in the Pick a task list box.
- Type the name that you want to use for the account, and then click Next.
- Select Administrator for the account type, and then click Create Account.
