Adjusting Copy Image Quality - MP750 / MP780

You can adjust the image quality according to the document to be copied.

Follow this procedure:

1. Press <COPY>.
   
   
2. Press <Image Quality>.
   
   
3. Use [< ] or [>] to select the image quality.
   
   
   • NORMAL: Suitable for text-only documents.
   • FINE (PHOTO): Suitable for photographs.
   • FAST: Suitable for high speed copying at a lower image quality.
     
     When [GLOSSY], [HIGH RES.], [TRANS.], [PHOTO PRO], [PHOTO PLUS], or [OTHER] is selected as the paper type, only [FINE (PHOTO)] can be selected.
     
     
4. Press <OK>.
   
   
   • When using [FAST], if the quality is different from that expected, select [NORMAL] or [FINE (PHOTO)] and try copying again.
   • Select [FINE (PHOTO)] to copy in grayscale. Grayscale renders tones in a range of grays instead of black or white.
