If an error message for the IJ Scan Utility application appears, find the error code below and follow the solution provided.
The definition of the terms “Error Code” and “Support Code” are similar, and are therefore interchangeable. Both refer to errors communicated on your printer and/or computer.

An internal error has occurred. Take the following measures:

Check the scanner status.

Restart the scanner.

Restart the computer, then try again.

A scanner driver supporting this software is not installed.

Cannot complete the scan. The disk space is insufficient.
