Description

If you select Print, the machine prints the report for the 20 histories of sent and received faxes automatically.

Solution

Activity Report Setting

If you do not want the machine to automatically print an activity report after every 20 transactions, disable the [Activity Report] setting.

  1. Make sure that the machine is turned on.

  2. Press the FAX button.
    The Fax standby screen is displayed.

  3. Press the Menu button.

  4. Use the LEFTRIGHT button to select Auto print settings, then press the OK button.

  5. Use the LEFTRIGHT button to select Activity report, then press the OK button.

  6. Use the LEFTRIGHT button to select Print or Do not print then press the OK button
    • Select Print to have a report print out after 20 transactions of sent and received faxes.
    • Select Do not print to not print a report.

      Note: You can still manually print out an Activity report.

  7. Press FAX button to return to fax standby mode.


Printing an Activity Report

  1. Make sure that the machine is turned on.

  2. Load paper.

  3. Press the FAX button.
    The Fax standby screen is displayed.

  4. Press the Menu button.
    The Fax settings screen is displayed.

  5. Use the LEFTRIGHT button to select Print reports/lists, then press the OK button.
