If you do not have the CD that came with your scanner, or if your computer does not have an optical drive, follow the steps below to download and install the drivers and software for your scanner.

Your computer's operating system will be detected automatically. If it is not automatically detected, select it from the drop down menu.

Selecte Drivers for the Download Type, click the Download button to the right of the listing for the Full Driver & Software Package.

If you are running macOS 11 or later, you will need to download the following files:

ICA Driver

IJ Scan Utility2
Additional software on our website can be downloaded and installed as desired.

If you are asked to run or save the file, save it to your computer. If you are using a Windows PC, open the file when it has finished downloading to begin the installation program. If you are on a Mac, open the file to mount a disk image on the desktop. Then, open the Setup file and the installation program will begin.

Follow all on-screen instructions to install the drivers and software for your scanner.
