USB Driver for MultiPASS Unit not Installed
When attempting to print, the following message appears: "USB Driver for MultiPASS Unit not Installed"
Perform each of the following steps until the message has been cleared.
- Connect the MultiPASS printer directly to the USB (Universal Serial Bus) port on the computer. Do not connect the printer to your computer's keyboard or through a non-powered USB hub.
- The printer may be busy. Wait momentarily until the printer has completed printing, scanning, or faxing.
- (Mac Only) In the Extensions folder, confirm that IWPrintClassDriver, ContentionLib, and the MultiPASS Printer Driver Extensions are enabled.
