Memory Reference
Print faxes received from memory when ink is low or paper has run out or paper has jammed. It may be necessary to press <Stop/Reset> to clear the error then attempt to print the fax from memory.
Note: Faxes printed from memory when ink is low, will remain in memory until the document is deleted or the ink tank is replaced.
- Press the <FAX> button.
- Press the <Menu> button.
- Press the left or right arrow to select [Memory reference], then press <OK>. The Memory reference screen is displayed.
- Press the up or down arrow to select [Print specified document], then press <OK>.
- At the Print specified document window, press the up or down arrow to select the document file, then press <OK>. (Received faxes begin at 5001. Faxes waiting to be transmitted start at 0001.)
- When prompted to print the first page only, press the up or down arrow to select [Yes] or [No] as appropriate, then press <OK>.
- Repeat steps 5 and 6 to print additional documents stored in memory.
- To delete the stored faxes, press <Back> to return to Memory reference window.

- At the Delete specified document window, press the up or down arrow to select the document file, then press <OK>. (Received faxes begin at 5001. Faxes waiting to be transmitted start at 0001.)
- Press the up or down arrow to select [Yes] or [No] to delete the specified document, then press <OK>.
- Repeat steps 10 and 11 to delete additional documents stored in memory.
- To stop printing or deleting stored faxes, press <Back> button repeatedly to return to fax standby mode.
- After the report has printed, press <Stop/Reset> repeatedly to return to Fax standby mode.
