Reload document(s) in ADF

CHECK DOCUMENT

This message may appear on the LCD if the document is not loaded properly.  To resolve this, remove the document from the ADF and reload it.

  1. Remove all documents from the ADF.

  2. Fan out the sheets of paper well so that they do not stick together.

  3. Stack the documents on a flat surface to align the edges of the paper.


  4. Insert the top of the document, face up, into the ADF (1) until a beep is heard.

  5. Then adjust the document guides to the width of the document (2).
