Disconnect the FS series camcorder from the computer
To ensure reliable operation and data integrity the FS series camcorders cannot be powered off while they are actively connected to a computer. To turn the camcorder off please use the proper safe device removal procedures for your computers operating system and then disconnect the USB cable. Once the cable has been removed the camera will then be able to be powered off.
