My camcorder's battery will not charge or hold a charge
|
Use only genuine Canon battery packs designed for your camcorder. Canon shall not be liable for any damage to this product and/or accidents such as fire, etc., caused by the malfunction of non-genuine Canon accessories (e.g., a leakage and/or explosion of a battery pack). 2 . The temperature outside or inside is low. We recommend charging the battery pack in temperatures between 32 degrees F and 104 degrees F.
