For Windows Vista, the ZoomBrowser version 6.1.1A must be installed and not the later ZoomBrowser version 6.3 . This is because the earlier version has the correct RAW Image Task compatible with this model camera. On computers running Windows 8.1, if CameraWindow does not start up when a camera is connected, please confirm that Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 (hereafter referred to as .NET Framework 3.5) has been installed.
