|
Documents not loaded properly will not feed through the fax machine .

|
When sending a document, the sending fax number and name (known as ID) and the sending date and time print out at the receiving fax machine .

Setting up Caller ID on the B95
|
If the Caller ID setting is set to ON, the caller's name and phone/ fax number appear on the display when a call is received. You can also set the fax to reject unwanted calls.

Registering coded speed dial on B95

Use coded speed dialing to dial a fax number at the press of three buttons. A fax /telephone number can be registered under each two-digit code and you can register up to 70 locations. You can also register the name of the party and a voice tag, the name appears on the printout of the coded speed dialing list.

Connect an extension phone or external answering machine to B95
|
The fax machine will receive faxes automatically in FaxTel Mode and will ring to alert you of an incoming phone call. While the fax is alerting you of the incoming phone call, answer the call on an extension telephone connected to the fax . The instructions below illustrate how the devices should be connected.

Volume Control Set the volume of the incoming ring volume. 0 (off), 1 , 2 or 3 Set the fax to ring (in FaxTel, FaxOnly) ON or OFF Set the volume of the line (Hook) monitor (sound during dialing). 0 (off), 1, 2 or 3 Set the volume of the error alarm sound.
