Copying onto Postcards, Transparencies* and Other Stock Do not load more than a 5 mm high stack of copy paper (1/5 in. or up to 50 sheets of 20 lb-brand copy paper ) into the multi-stack tray and copy one at a time only.
Normal Copying Adjust the paper guides to fit the size of the copy paper. Place the copy paper into the multi-stack tray . Even out the edges of the copy paper before placing it into the multi-stack tray.
Cleaning the Copier To ensure optimum copy quality the platen glass, platen cover, copy tray and multi-stack tray should be cleaned on a regular basis. To clean these parts, wipe with a cloth dampened with water or a mild cleaning agent and then wipe with a soft dry cloth. Clean the external housing of the copier in the same way.
Installation Procedure Remove the copier from its shipping bag and gently remove all the packing tape attached to the copier. Open the multi-stack tray and then attach the copy tray to the copier.
