State of the art computer simulation techniques were mobilized to optimize three critically important optical parameters shown in Figure 11 that bear upon achieving these criteria. In the computer simulation it was found that each of these core parameters could be taken to an even higher performance level by incorporation of some additional design strategies – but they would entail higher costs.
