Disconnect and reconnect power cord to reset the device

If the device does not respond, or to clear an error , disconnect and then reconnect the power cord.

If an error occurs trying to start Print Spooler service, open Computer Management and check if Remote Procedure Call (RPC) is started.

Make sure that the plug is plugged in correctly, and that the outlet works.

Check that the plug is inserted into the main power outlet correctly and pushed in all the way. You may want to try another outlet.
