If Paper Jams Repeatedly

Do paper jams occur during printing on the back side of the paper that is already printed (manual 2-sided printing)? Select the [Print on the Other Side] check box in the [ Paper Source ] tab of the printer driver. [Print on the Other Side] may not be displayed depending on the printer driver settings. For information about how to display it, see the manuals for the relevant drivers on the online manual website.

If Paper Jams Repeatedly

Does the problem occur when printing on the back side of an already-printed sheet of paper (printing on both sides manually)? Select [Print on the Other Side] on the [ Paper Source ] tab sheet in the printer driver. If [Print on the Other Side] is not displayed, set [Paper Selection] to [Same Paper for All Pages], and set [Paper Source] to [Multi-purpose Tray].
