Change your printer settings Larger paper sizes like Letter (8.5" x11 ") and A4, etc can be selected in the driver for Photo Papers. However, this photo printing function of your model does not support these larger sizes and this error will occur when printing. Use 4"x6" or 5"x7".
When an error occurs you will see flashing lights on your printer panel. Depending on the error , a support code ( error number) and a message may also display on your computer screen.
