ERROR: 0x80070725 - Incompatible version of the RPC stub - Setup will now terminate
|
The error 'Incompatible version of the RPC stub' is caused by an incompatible version of a DLL that was installed on the system, such as Oleaut32.dll, Olepro32.dll, Asycfilt.dll, Stdole2.tlb. For example, version 3.50 of Oleaut32.dll is installed and used only by Windows XP and so causes this error if it is installed on a machine running any other operating system. On Windows 98 and 95, this error may be caused by a bad version of oleaut 32 .dll. To correct this problem, follow these directions to remove the old file and reinstall it.

Some customer may experience that the Push-scan function is not enabled. Please see below for assistance. Important: When trying to perform printing, the message "Collecting printer status." is displayed in the Status Monitor, then the error message "Print data cannot be sent because of the current printer status" follows.

Is Easy-WebPrint compatible with my version of Internet Explorer?
|
Easy-WebPrint is unavailable with Internet Explorer 7.0. Internet Explorer 7.0 includes many of the same printer functions as Easy-WebPrint. Therefore, Easy-WebPrint cannot be installed on a computer with Internet Explorer 7.0 installed. Also, after upgrading IE6.0 to IE7.0 on a PC with the latest Easy-WebPrint installed, Easy-WebPrint will not be available and an error message dialog will be displayed upon starting IE7.0 .
