CMS-XML Printing or deleting faxes from memory MultiPASS MP730
Printing fax documents stored in memory. If you have set the MultiPASS Suite to upload received faxes from the machine to your computer, but your computer is off, the machine stores the received faxes in its memory. When you turn on your computer, the faxes will automatically be uploaded to your computer. If you want to print a fax stored in memory instead of uploading it to your computer, follow this procedure:

If you do not want the machine to automatically print an activity report after every 20transactions, disable the [ACTIVITY REPORT] setting. [AUTO PRINT ON] to turn on automatic printing of the ACTIVITY REPORT. [AUTO PRINT OFF] to turn off automatic printing of the ACTIVITY REPORT.

The MP730 makes exceptional color and black and white copies without installing the driver. Install the MP Drivers to print, scan or PC Fax from your computer. Turn on your computer. On your computer quit any open applications, including virus checkers.

If you've waited until the print, scan or fax (if applicable for your model) job has completed and you are certain there are no more jobs to complete, disconnect the interface (data) cable and power cord to power off the device. If the device powers off, press <ON/OFF> to power the device back on. Reconnect the interface cable (and telephone line cord - if applicable) to the device. Turn on the computer.
CMS-XML Uninstall / reinstall the MP drivers for Windows 7 (MP360 / MP370 / MP390 / MP700 / MP730)
If, after upgrading your computer's operating system from Windows Vista to Windows 7 and you receive an error message while printing or PC Faxing is not available (MP390 and MP730 only), uninstall and reinstall the Canon MP drivers. CMS-XML Set Quiet Mode (Windows)
When printing in quiet mode, printing noise is quieter than usual. Note: When using the option for 'Use within a specified time,' if 'Start time' and 'End time' are the same, Quiet Mode will not be applied. Note: Quiet Mode may not function when 'Use quiet mode within specified time' is selected and a test print is printed directly from the printer via the Resume/Cancel button. Confirm the printer is turned on , then click 'Send.'
