If the fax displays 'Memory Full' or for other similar error / symptom, it may be necessary to turn off the transmit (TX) and receive (RX) reports prior to sending a fax .
CMS-XML Turning ON / OFF [AUTO PRINT] on MX300 / MX310
When [AUTO PRINT] is set to [OFF], incoming received faxes will be temporarily stored to memory. The default setting is [ON], which means incoming received faxes will automatically print. The fax machine will not automatically print a received fax and will store it in memory in the following conditions.
CMS-XML Set [AUTO PRINT RX] to ON (MX300 / MX310)
When [AUTO PRINT RX] is set to [OFF], incoming received faxes will be temporarily stored to memory and transaction reports (TX, RX and Activity) remain in memory. The default setting is [ON], which means incoming received faxes and transaction reports will automatically print. The fax machine will not automatically print a received fax and will store it in memory in the following conditions.
