If MP Navigator EX or other scanning application does not start or quits unexpectedly (Mac)
|
If TWAIN scan applications quit unexpectedly when launching or display an error message then quit, move third party data source files from the TWAIN Data Source folder*. *If there is only the Canon Data Source (in the case of network-capable models, there will be 2 sources), then delete the file( s ) following the steps below, then download and install the latest scanner driver from the Download Library at the Canon USA . Enter the model name of your product in the search box and wait until its name appears under the box. Click the name of the product and then click Get Drivers & Downloads

Change the paper size to print faxes from memory (MX350)
|
You can change the page size on the printer. The available options will vary based on the mode, COPY and FAX. Press the < FAX > button and the document( s ) in memory will print automatically.

Reseating a FINE Cartridge 1. Make sure that the power is turned on, and open the Paper Output Tray gently. 2 . Lift the Scanning Unit (Cover), then hold it open with the Scanning Unit Support (C) The FINE Cartridge Holder moves to the replacement position.

Make sure that each FINE Cartridge is installed in the correct position. Do not touch the electrical contacts (A) or print head nozzles ( B )

After configuring the wired / wireless settings on the printer and the setup completed on one computer, it can be used on additional computers on the same network. Follow these instructions to install the software including the drivers on computers that you want to use with the machine. Other settings are not required. To install Easy-WebPrint EX , you need to connect your computer to the internet at this stage. (Internet Explorer 7 or later is required.) If an internet connection is not available, it is also possible to install this software later.
