Install / Replace ink cartridge(s) Do not touch the electrical contacts (A) or print head nozzles ( B ) on the FINE Cartridge. The machine may not print properly if you touch it.

If TWAIN scan applications quit unexpectedly when launching or display an error message then quit, move third party data source files from the TWAIN Data Source folder*. *If there is only the Canon Data Source (in the case of network-capable models, there will be 2 sources), then delete the file( s ) following the steps below, then download and install the latest scanner driver from the Download Library at the Canon USA . Enter the model name of your product in the search box and wait until its name appears under the box. Click the name of the product and then click Get Drivers & Downloads
